Whenever you're angry and feel like you're about to burst, there's a Rage Room at the Wells Fargo Center that will help you unwind. With sledgehammers, dishes, and TVs. Say goodbye to worrying about bursting because Flyers got your back on this one!

The Wells Fargo Center just opened the first rage room set up in a professional sports arena. The rage room caters fans and guests alike, allowing them to let go of their emotions and cause mayhem protected by four walls. The rage room is a secret room, behind a library wall in the assembly room on the stadium's City Terrace level and you'll be escorted by guards there.

Valerie Camillo, president of Business Operations of Philadelphia Flyers and the Wells Fargo Center, said "The concept is definitely one-of-a-kind and non-traditional. We ran the concept by some of our fans who told us they thought this would be a fresh way to have some harmless fun. I had never heard of a rage room before the design team pitched the idea. Now, I can't wait to get in there and take a few whacks."

If your favorite team lost, the rage room is free for your convenience. A fan fought with you? Imagine the TV as their face and smash it with a sledgehammer. Your boyfriend broke up with you while watching the game? Break those dishes and release your inner beast. In the mood to smash things, well this room is certainly for you.

The Disassembly Room will debut at the Flyers' home opener Wednesday vs the New Jersey Devils. Let the rage sessions begin! You have to reserve in advance though.

Anyways, keep smashing, guys!
