Big Democrat Donor Ed Buck has been arrested last Tuesday. This time, he is being charged after a man overdosed in his West Hollywood house. Though the man survived, this is only the third incident. The first one being two black men dying in his place after overdosing, the two incidents were only 18 months apart. However, he was not charged for those cases.

Buck is due for an appearance in court on Wednesday after being charged with three counts of battery and injecting methamphetamine on the man last September 11. This was first reported on the Los Angeles Times. In the court papers that the publication was able to hold onto, the prosecutors wrote that Buck manipulated his victims into participating in his weird sexual fetishes, quote, "These fetishes include supplying and personally administering dangerously large doses of narcotics to his victims”. In addition to all of this, he is also being charged for human trafficking and revenge porn.

Buck's attorney Seymour Amster preferred to not give a statement on the arrest, only saying that he is dealing with the issue.

Buck's victims, that were publicized back then, includes a 26-year-old black man named Gemmel Moore who was found in Buck's apartment. The autopsy reports that Moore died of a drug overdose. What's more, he was found naked on a mattress in Buck's living room and his surroundings were filled with drug paraphernalia. About 18 months after, 55-year-old Timothy Dean was found dead due to a methamphetamine overdose. Prosecutors weren't able to file criminal charges on both cases, citing they have insufficient evidence.

The recent attack was narrated as Buck bringing the man to his home early September and injecting him with methamphetamine, the same drug found in the systems of his past victims. The court documents also disclosed details of the man once again being injected of the drug after returning to Buck's home where he overdosed. Buck allegedly thwarted the man's attempt to get help, to which the man fled the apartment where he was able to ask for help in a nearby gas station. The man is still being treated at a hospital.

This time, prosecutors are said to seek bail for $4 million. If Buck is convicted, he will face up to five years in prison.
